Services We Provide
Structurally Insulated PanelsÂ
(SIPS) Panel
Turn your project into the vision of your dreams by utilizing the use of Structurally Insulated Panels, (SIPS), they are a high performance build system that bring many benefits, building with SIPS will also save you time, money and labour.
The panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings, typically oriented strand board (OSB). The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective.
A well built home using SIPS panels will have a tighter building envelope and the walls will have higher insulating properties, giving you an airtight, pollutant free, healthier & warmer home with a decrease in operating costs. SIPS panels can be used for floors, walls & the roof.

The environmental performance of SIPS panels is very good due to their exceptional thermal insulation. They are resistant to damp & cold like compression shrinkage & cold bridging that cannot be matched by timber.

Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation System
(MHRV)
A well ventilated home is a healthy home.
A Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MHRV) system is an excellent option for homeowners who wish to create a healthier living environment with moderate investment and lower operational costs.
MHRV allows a home to regulate it's fresh air supply and discharge stale air and toxic gases while keeping the heat in your home. MHRV expels the home's polluted moisture laden air outside, while at the same time pulling fresh air from outside through the Heat Exchanger and returning up to 93% of the heat back into your home.
Heat recovery works by passing the warm outgoing air from inside the house through a heat recovery core at the same time as the cold outside air brought in to replace it. While the two air streams never physically mix, they are in close enough proximity for heat to pass from one to the other
This is a superior home ventilation system that will aim to ventilate your home without undue loss of heat in winter or heat gain in summer. MHRV is also the best system for airtight homes.

Complete House Renovation
Having moved to Murchison we wanted to have the house we had bought to be totally renovated.
